The Use of Portfolios for Career Enhancement

Join us to hear from Lance Tukell on how an L&D Portfolio can transform you and accelerate your career advancement. Whether you are vying for promotion or exploring L&D opportunities in other organizations, you will need to showcase your accomplishments, as well as think, talk, and act with confidence about your experiences.

In our hands-on workshop you will learn:

• How creating a portfolio can highlight your L&D accomplishments.
• How portfolios can showcase your 360 degree participation as an expert in the learning function.
• How to gather information for your portfolio and use it in a behavioral interview.
