Igniting and Sustaining Motivation for Advancement

As coaches, how do we advance our personal mastery and career while simultaneously focusing on our coaches’ learning and growth? This session uses a systems perspective to introduce a method of rapid personal growth, “Self as a System”, in order to:

• Understand the intersection of external and internal worlds, our own and coaches’
• Become self-directed using a systems perspective model, applicable to our personal and professional work
• Effectively work at the crossroads of action (external world) and intention (internal world), enabling Purpose, Mastery, and Autonomy to reach “Motivation 3.0”

Facilitator: Dr. Carol Mase, Principal, Cairn Consultants

Dr. Mase is an international leader with over 25 years of business experience and an extensive education in medical and social sciences. She has worked successfully as an entrepreneur, a global marketing executive, and an organizational consultant and coach. She specializes in “NeuroIntegrated Coaching” and programs on Adaptive Change and Situational Thinking for corporate clients.

ADMISSION: No cost - a member benefit Non-members may audit one meeting, then will be required to join to continue attending.
