Consulting Special Interest Group - FebruaryWorking with Difficult Clients
A Discussion
The success of our businesses depends on productive client relationships, yet everyone has clients who are easier to work with than others. How can we improve client relationships that don’t work so well? SIG members will share best practices on how to work with difficult clients
Tentative discussion topics include:
- What makes a client difficult?
- Early warning signs of trouble.
- Identifying and resolving problems before they become serious.
- How to avoid contributing to client problems.
- Getting back on track after problems are resolved.
- Member recommendations for resources on this topic.
Please send your suggestions for additional topics to Jean Moroney: jm@thinkingdirections.com
