Welcome to the Global Learning Platform (GLP) Level 1 Certification Program! An exclusive event hosted by Catherine Mattiske from The Performance Company (TPC). Never previously offered outside of TPC's major corporate clients, ASTDNY is thrilled to offer GLP's Certification Level 1 to its members and non-members. GLP Certification Level 1 will be personally facilitated by Catherine Mattiske, a ‘trainer's trainer’ who practices her methods in every session she facilitates. For a few participants, in addition to the core program, Catherine will be available to conduct personal coaching in between training sessions where participants can work with her on their own corporate projects. The Global Learning Platform facilitates consistency in performance consulting, instructional design and training delivery. The GLP assists to create and deliver high-quality learning programs in a professional corporate training environment in ways that proactively meet learners’ needs and that are in line with business priorities. The intention of the GLP is to provide a support tool rather than a set of dictates, support the creation of global economies of scale, and minimize theduplication of effort while preserving and respecting local training requirements.
