The session is designed for learning leaders that want to demonstrate a connection between the learning your team provides, and the results achieved at a departmental and organizational level.
The session will explore:

  • Steps to evaluate the potential success and impact of proposed initiatives
  • Homework you must do prior to meeting with a line of business manager
  • Strategies for gaining mid and senior management support

Consultants Special Interest Group
Definition of Consultant - what is it to you - what does it mean to your clients?

During our March meeting, members discussed future program ideas. As we talked and discussed our varied consulting experiences, we realized our perceptions were impacting how to prioritize our future SIG meeting programs.

We invite you to join us and help us to gain a mutual understanding to several questions we posed:
What is a consultant? Is consulting providing expertise or is it implementing a project?
What impact does this definition have on being a Learning and Workplace Performance Consultant - Contractor - Small Business?

This is your opportunity to influence the focus and direction of the ASTDNY Consultants'' SIG.

Come network with other consultants, share with us who you are, learn about others, and how we can mutually benefit each other.

Be a part of setting the future direction of the group and help us to establish the direction and topics for future meetings.
